The Government’s Children’s Referendum

This passed in Ireland.

“Full text of the children’s referendum

Thirty-First Amendment of the Constitution

PROPOSED NEW ARTICLE 42A
1  The State recognises and affirms the natural and imprescriptible rights of all children and shall, as far as practicable, by its laws protect and vindicate those rights.

2   1°  In exceptional cases, where the parents, regardless of their marital status, fail in their duty towards their children to such extent that the safety or welfare of any of their children is likely to be prejudicially affected, the State as guardian of the common good shall, by proportionate means as provided by law, endeavour to supply the place of the parents, but always with due regard for the natural and imprescriptible rights of the child.

2°  Provision shall be made by law for the adoption of any child where the parents have failed for such a period of time as may be prescribed by law in their duty towards the child and where the best interests of the child so require.

3  Provision shall be made by law for the voluntary placement for adoption and the adoption of any child.

4 1°  Provision shall be made by law that in the resolution of all proceedings –
i  brought by the State, as guardian of the common good, for the purpose of preventing the safety and welfare of any child from being prejudicially affected, or ii  concerning the adoption, guardianship or custody of, or access to, any child, the best interests of the child shall be the paramount consideration.
2°  Provision shall be made by law for securing, as far as practicable, that in all proceedings referred to in subsection 1° of this section in respect of any child who is capable of forming his or her own views, the views of the child shall be ascertained and given due weight having regard to the age and maturity of the child.”

“Ten reasons to vote NO

1/ Your legal right under Article 42.5 of the Irish Constitution to decide “Best Interests” for your own child will be handed over to the State. Parents will be reduced to Caregivers under the UNCRC.
2/ Your child can be placed for adoption against your will. You will not need to be accused or convicted of any crime and the arbi-trary decision can be made by one person. The entire process will take place in secret Family Courts and you will be gagged and prevent-ed from speaking out.

3/ The State can decide for example to vaccinate every child in Ireland, and the parent, and even the child have no say in the matter. You do not need to be consulted or give permission. Joan Burton has already hinted that Child Benefit will be tied into vaccination records, this could be extended to school admission.

4/ The State can decide to give give Birth Control to children of any age, even if they are below the Age of Consent. The State can bring children to other countries for abortions without parental consent and even if the child disagrees. (X case, C Case, D case)

5/ The UN and the EU can make any laws for children without consent of the Irish Government if it wishes. This allows une-lected people in the EU and UN to write Irish Laws without prior notice. This removes what little Sovereignty Ireland has as a nation.

6/ The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child is no mere statement of altruism, it is a legally binding Human Rights Treaty which, if Article 42 is changed, will allow unelected people in the EU and UN to re-write Irish Law. Fully ratifying the UNCRC will now make every other treaty that we have ratified also apply to all Irish Children. The entire landscape of Irish Law may need to be rewritten.

7/ The UNCRC does not give Irish children any privileges they did not possess before. Parents have always vindicated the rights for their child. As children are not autonomous, the State can decide anything even if the child disagrees. Effectively, this also removes children’s rights.

8/ The “Best Interest Principle” of the UN is nothing more than a slogan. Was it in the “Best Interests” of the 260 who died in Irish State “Care”, or the 500 who went missing and many were later found to have been trafficked into prostitution and slavery? We be-lieve if Ireland is to have a World-Class Child Protection System that “Best Interests” should be replaced with “to the Measured and Demonstrated Benefit of the Child” and it will need to be measured and demonstrated. Despite 760 children missing or dead in a decade, nobody has ever been held accountable. In the Baby P case 2 doctors were struck off and 4 social workers fired, in Ireland 260 dead, 500 missing and nobody was punished.

9/ The UNCRC only gives “Rights” to children but there is no obligation on the Government to comply. Children in developing nations whose Governments have ratified the UNCRC have the right to food and water and yet children are dying. Children are executed in some countries and the UNCRCC does not protect them, only their “Rights”. Many of the countries that have ratified the UNCRC allow for Child Soldiers, Child Forced Marriage, the Death Penalty for Children and even Female Genital Mutilation. The UNCRC does not pro-tect children, their parents protect them.

10/ The question we are being asked here is “do you trust the Irish State, the UN and the EU to make decisions for your children when your parental rights have been eliminated?”
If you are not 100% sure you must vote NO!”

This has been craftily and deceitfully legalized, like abortion in America.

Psalms 94
20 Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?

Sins That Deny Christ

We are told by the Bible that a person need only sin to deny Christ. It also says that there are sins that are not unto death:

1 John 5
16 If any man see his brother sin a sin [which is] not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

Here is a good example of a sin not unto death:

2 Chronicles 30
18 For a multitude of the people, [even] many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good LORD pardon every one
19 [That] prepareth his heart to seek God, the LORD God of his fathers, though [he be] not [cleansed] according to the purification of the sanctuary.
20 And the LORD hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.

What sins are unto death, and how do we know?

1 John 3
15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

Does this scripture tell you that murder is a sin unto death? Do you see what else it tells you?

and ye know

How did we know if we only found out from that verse? This is not giving us new information, but using information that is already known. Yet this is the first time in the Bible that it simply says, “no murderer hath eternal life.”

Thus we ought to already understand that such sins are unto death.

This is a list of such sins, some because they are equal to murder, others because it specifically says they are unto death:

Genesis 9
6 Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

Matthew 6
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

1 Corinthians 6
9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators,
nor idolaters,
nor adulterers,
nor effeminate,
nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10 Nor thieves,
nor covetous,
nor drunkards,
nor revilers,
nor extortioners,
shall inherit the kingdom of God.

Matthew 25
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in:
naked, and ye clothed me not:
sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

5 The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so [are] abomination unto the LORD thy God.

Leviticus 18
6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover [their] nakedness: I [am] the LORD.

23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it [is] confusion.
29 For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit [them] shall be cut off from among their people.

Exodus 22
8 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

Revelation 21:8
But the fearful,
and unbelieving,
and the abominable,
and murderers,
and whoremongers,
and sorcerers,
and idolaters,
and all liars,
shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

This one took me a while to find a good example of it, but I still should have added it before:

1 Kings 2
42 And the king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Did I not make thee to swear by the Lord, and protested unto thee, saying, Know for a certain, on the day thou goest out, and walkest abroad any whither, that thou shalt surely die? and thou saidst unto me, The word that I have heard is good.
43 Why then hast thou not kept the oath of the Lord, and the commandment that I have charged thee with?
46 So the king commanded Benaiah the son of Jehoiada; which went out, and fell upon him, that he died. And the kingdom was established in the hand of Solomon.

Exodus 21
15 And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.

Deuteronomy 21
18 If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and [that,] when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:
19 Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; 20 And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son [is] stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; [he is] a glutton, and a drunkard.
21 And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

Leviticus 20
9 For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood [shall be] upon him.

(But with direct denial it is obvious.)

Leviticus 24
15 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin.

Now these would be some examples of sins that are not unto death:

Deuteronomy 25
4 Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out [the corn.]

1 Corinthians 11
27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink [this] cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of [that] bread, and drink of [that] cup.
29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

Genesis 9
4 But flesh with the life thereof, [which is] the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

With the sins that are unto death I have tried to make an exhaustive list, so tell me if I have missed any of them.

Not Of Works, Not Easy

Ephesians 2

7 That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in [his] kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

 

You can not be saved by the sinners prayer

because salvation is not of works.

A man sits in a pew listening to an evangelist telling him, “You do not need to do anything to be saved, the gift is free, you only need to ask, you only need to accept it, why would you refuse that?”

The evangelist is probably thinking no one would refuse unless it was because of fear of public speaking, or because it seemed “to good to be true,” or something trifling like that. But the person in the pew is probably, consciously or unconsciously, thinking along these lines:

These people around me are doing things completely different than I do. Do I need to do the same things as them to be saved?”

Then when he ignores the apparent disagreement between what the evangelist is saying and what the evangelist does, and decides to try this himself, the evangelist turns around the next moment and tells him he needs to do this, this, and this, or else he must not have prayed the prayer right, and must not be saved.

So he does have to do something to be saved? He just does not have to do it before he is saved?

Actually he does need to do it before he gets saved. If he had never sinned he could go to heaven as he was, but since he has sinned he must confess the sin and forsake it, or he will never see heaven. It is not a learning process, but a decision he must make.

This is not of works. You must accept the punishment, and you can never pay the debt.

Romans 4
4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

What do you think you could give God? Your works you already owe him. If you owe him your best, what can you give more than that to pay the debt?

Luke 17
10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.

Only some one who has no debt of his own can pay it.

If you do not confess that the debt is right you must pay it yourself.

If you pray, “I know I am a sinner, please forgive me,” and you do not agree with God about what your sin is, you have not confessed your sin.

The sinners prayer says, “Confess that you are a sinner.”

The Bible says, “Confess your sin.”

~

When you agree with God about what your sin is, it is then and only then that you agree that your debt for your sin can not be payed by you.

If there is one thing that you disagree that it is a sin, then you have not confessed that there is any debt for it, and thus you claim you can pay it yourself.

If you pray “I know I am a sinner” but claim the authority to decide for yourself what sin is, you are continuing in your rebellion to God, and to pay the debt you are trusting in the work of admitting that some act you have done is a sin.

A person that calls himself a Christian and rejects Christ’s commandments is as unsaved as a Muslim.

1 John 2
3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

 

And worse, for the Bible specifically tells us not to be deceived into thinking that these are Christians.

1 Corinthians 6
9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
